Buyer reviewNever having stepped foot in Michigan, after accepted a job offer from the Tigers, my husband and I moved while I was pregnant with our first child. New to the area and volatile housing market of 2023 we desperately needed a local expert. There were many factors which made it increasingly difficult to purchase a home, high interest rates, skyrocketing home prices and a low census of homes for sale comparatively to buyers. We found ourselves in bidding war over bidding war, regularly over bid, once upward of 60k over asking. It took us nearly a year to find a home. Michelle proved to be just the local expert we needed. She answered endless questions with patient grace and went on tons tours of homes. While never once comign off pushy or impatient. After countless showings and several offers we couldn't be happier with our purchase. All the other homes pale in comparison to the one we settled on. We highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a excellent local expert and guide!!
