Seller reviewFrom the time we met with Michelle, it's been a great experience. When it was time to put the house up for sale, she new just what to do. Having great pictures taken, and all the right answers. Never had any issues contacting her. Everything went so smooth when the house was sold. The thing that stands out for me, and is the reason I will always use/refer Michelle, is her patience. Michelle has helped me to sell two homes and purchase two; both were extremely emotional situations. I would not have wanted to share that experience with anyone else. She never made me feel as though I was a bother, no matter what the situation was. Let me just say.... selling/buying a house during this pandemic was crazy to say the least!! Michelle worked to make sure that everything mentioned above was taken care of flawlessly. When working with Michelle, I felt like..."what pandemic?" My sales experience was great! As I mentioned, anyone that bought or sold a home during this pandemic experienced a level of stress that was unknown to a buyer/seller. It was new for everyone, including agents/brokers.
