Seller reviewDuring our relocation process with my Company we were sent Michelle Carey and a broker from another agency to do separate market analyses on our property before we chose a listing agent. Michelle showed up to our home on time and very well prepared with an excellent package of information. She thoroughly introduced herself, explained the listing process, covered her estimated comparable properties and very professionally and methodically proved to us the reasoning for her listing price and target sales price. She was right on the money and we got slightly more in the sale than her target figure. We couldn't be happier. When compared to the other agent that showed up Michelle knocked it out of the park on preparation, professionalism, and overall willingness to work with us through the relocation process.
