Buyer reviewMichelle was an excellent facilitator, during the entire process. She was very helpful during the open house and inspection visits, pointing out things that we may have missed. She was very knowledgeable of the the local area where we wanted to be and was able to help us make knowledgeable comparisons of this property to other available properties. She offered expert advice during the negotiating process, as well. Michelle made the entire process so easy! She took all the stress off of us and navigated us through any issues that came up along the way. She was patient and helpful with each question/concern and was available after hours or whenever needed. She demonstrates a true enthusiasm for what she does! It was a pleasure to work with her. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

She is the best. I have recommended to my son and his wife to use her services in selling their home and in repurchasing. Michelle was available for us and any questions or concerns anytime of day or evening and timely with helping us find the answers if she didn't know it right off. She worked hard for us throughout this process. Michelle helped us navigate through three different contracts for three different homes with the last one being our first time home purchase. She was available for answering any and all questions we had and helped us finally secure our home. We would totally recommend Michelle Davis to anyone looking to buy a house. She helped calm the nerves of two first time home buyers navigating the VA loan process.
