She had her finger on the pulse of the market throughout my listing period, and was very proactive and responsive to the market fluctuations, how we should respond with price reductions, strategizing along the way and generally staying actively aware of what was happening with my property from beginning to end. She always took the time to listen to my questions and concerns, helped me figure out what to upgrade and what was not going to be worth the money, and with all of her advice and knowledge of the market, comps, buyers circling, etc, I always felt she was spot on with her analysis and recommendations to me. I always felt like I was in the best possible hands working with her. She went above and beyond in every way. Her excellent communication skills and kind, supportive personality were truly appreciated by our whole family when selling our mother's home. She brought skilled professionals to assist with the sale. She persevered in a difficult market and achieved a sale within the timeframe necessary. She offered lots of great advice to prepare the property and she monitored a vacant home regularly. We all live very distant from Grass Valley and appreciated her visiting the home many times.

Buyer reviewMichelle went above and beyond for me. She really helped moved escrow along. It was a long escrow and we were able to close 14 days early because of Michelle's kindness and persistence. She works well with other agents in this area. She responded every time I texted, emailed, or called and was always professional and able to answer my questions. I would not have purchased my home had she not suggest we look at it, and if she had not gone above and beyond to by going to the county to check permits etc. She just made it easy. Michelle's knowledge of the local area and fire insurance information was really important to me. I would recommend her to anyone!!! .
