Michelle went above and beyond, showing us homes from North Ft Myers to Port Charlotte. She spent hours answering our questions and concerns. I highly recommend Michelle, she's incredibly knowledgeable and made everything easy to understand.

Michelle DiStefano was wonderful to work with!! It started with her willingness to show us several rentals while we decided if we wanted to buy or build. Knowing we were new to the area she made many suggestions of things to do in the area. We ultimately decided to buy a lot and she quickly set up a search database to email us when something became available. We encountered a few hurdles during the close on the lot one we ended up choosing. She was on top of it every step of the way. Even returning a phone call on a Saturday, while she and her daughter participated in a beach cleanup. She is passionate about her job and she did everything to ensure our closing took place. I feel Michelle did for us what she would do for a close family member or friend and I believe she'll do the exact same for you!

Michelle Distefano was great to us, throughout the entire process. From the start, I had a number of boxes I wanted to check; but I knew that every one wasn't possible for the budget I wanted to stay under. Michelle was great at trying to find houses that really highlighted a number of items on my list. She was very attentive to what I wanted, and avoided showing me houses that were over my budget or didn't have a number of items on my must-have list. Throughout our search, Michelle showed us a large number of houses, was very patient and helpful with all of my questions and any concerns I had, as well as with how picky I was about certain things. Her communication was excellent! Not to mention, we have a 5 year old, and he that came with us to a number of showings. Michelle was great with him (she even remembered his birthday and got him a little present! -- Big thank you for that!). Michelle was recommended through an acquaintance of ours/colleague of Michelle's, who works more in the Naples area, Kendra Hoefs. This was my first home purchase, and it went very smoothly. I'm very happy Kendra recommended Michelle. Working with Michelle was very enjoyable, and she made finding an incredible home very enjoyable. She even reached out a few times after closing to check in and see how things were going. I would recommend Michelle to anybody looking to buy a house in Cape Coral. Her knowledge of the different neighborhoods/areas and thoroughness around each house we wanted to see was great. All in all, 14/10. Would recommend! Thank you, Michelle!

Michelle went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. We live in VA and were purchasing a vacation home in SWFL. She made sure we had all contact information to get our water, electric and other utilities switched over to our ownership seamlessly. She was VERY helpful in putting us in contact with contractors for the repairs that would need to be done and for maintenance on the pool and yard services. She also helped us with getting our insurance needs met and just all around general questions we had about anything, really. She was very accessible and always very patient with all our questions!
