I am a proud Tampa native, born and raised! Having lived in the area my entire
life gives me a unique advantage and expertise in navigating every city and
neighborhood throughout Tampa Bay. I graduated from the University of South
Florida and hold a BA Degree in Interdisciplinary Natural Sciences. I was
previously a high school math teacher and am from a family of educators so if
you need information about schools in the area, I am happy to provide input!
In addition to real estate, my interests are health & wellness (I am also a licensed
massage therapist!) and everything related to fitness and healthy living.

Seller reviewMichelle Garcia is the best agent I've ever worked with. We found her when we were looking for a home in Florida. She worked diligently to help us find the right home. She is always friendly, always available and always very professional. When we decided to sell the home we bought through Michelle, she was our first call, to discuss the current market and marketability of our home. She made sure the house was well prepared to put on the market. It was priced good, because we had an accepted contract in about 3 days. Michelle should be commended for her knowledge and expertise of the Real Estate market and all stages of the buy/sell process. She worked with the buyer's agent too, by providing information and comfort to the buyers of our home. Thanks again Michelle, for all you did to help us sell our home! YOU ARE THE BEST!

Michelle worked with us for over two years to get our house sold, as we had several obstacles along the way which took us off track. Nonetheless, Michelle stood wholeheartedly by our side, addressed any issues that needed to be resolved, kept us updated on current market trends/analyses (getting us back in line, accordingly), and really just kept us moving forward! Without her amazing attributes, this task would have been so much more difficult, especially given our extenuating circumstances of needing several improvements to get the house up to par, as well as being out of state. She always returned my call within a timely manner, was extremely flexible, very friendly, and always empathetic to our situation. She was not only our agent, but became a true friend, someone we could trust and depend on. Not too long ago, we put our house up for sale three days into a pandemic, not knowing what to expect, however, in the end, everything worked out--thanks to Michelle Garcia!! She is an incredible asset to the Century 21 Executive Team and I will continue to highly recommend her to anyone who may need her services in the future.
