Michelle Graziani chose to pursue a career in Real Estate beginning in 2003. Michelle has experienced and realized her successes amongst so many changes in the real estate market; from the bubble to the recession, working through Covid-19 and the Inventory Shortage. Part of Michelle's success as a Real Estate professional can be attributed to aligning herself with a mentorship program at the start of her real estate career. Michelle recognized the importance of learning all she could about the real estate industry from the time she committed herself as a key to surviving the ever evolving industry. After 21 years she has a wealth of experience working with a diverse range of buyers from first time homebuyers to investors and new construction. Additionally, Michelle works with sellers of all types from short sales, out of state sellers to traditional sales as well. Michelle's approach toward business is based on core competencies of any successful business person standing the test of time; integrity, experience and an honest approach to working with clients and colleagues in the industry. Michelle has a Degree in Business Administration and a background in Corporate sales and has worked for firms such as Oracle and Franklin Covey as well as working with Federal and Civilian Government contracts. Michelle is a member of the Cartus Relocation Network and proudly provides services to our men and women in the Armed Forces by assisting members and their families with moves in and out of the metropolitan area. Michelle has a large family of 3 grown children that have significant others and a grandchild. She enjoys time with her family and friends, attending live music events, football and anything to do with the beach. Toes in the sand, feet firmly planted on the ground and always prepared to provide exemplary service to her clients!

Seller reviewMy wife and first met Michelle 10 years ago when she helped us find and buy our current house. Not only was Michelle our agent when we bought our current house she also was our agent when we started renting our townhouse. Throughout both of those processes Michelle was extremely helpful, honest, and hardworking. So when it came time to sell our townhouse we knew Michelle was the right person for the job. She did not fail us this time either. She went out of her way to answer all of our questions and made the process run smooth. Because of her hard work we had a contract on the townhouse within 5 days and closed in just over a month. It was a great experience working with Michelle. I would absolutely recommend her to any of my friends or family. Michelle was polite and professional throughout the entire process.
