Seller reviewAmazing team!! While getting the house ready to put on the market, they were helpful, knowledgable and listened to our concerns. We had a purchase agreement in two weeks and closed under four weeks. They went out of their way for us, taking calls and answering questions while on vacation. I can't say enough about Michelle and Bill. If you're looking to sell, you will not be disappointed with this team!

She walked me through every step to make sure I understood what I needed to. She answered all of my questions quickly and went above and beyond for me, especially near the end. I ended up buying in Wisconsin, and she made sure to check on every detail as they have different rules/regulations than MN which is where I was coming from. She never made me feel like I was an inconvenience or bothering her in any way. I would absolutely recommend Michelle and work with her again in the future!
