Michelle Hurckes was the PERFECT match for us. We live out of state and were searching for a home purchase to rent to our daughter and her two girls. She was very attentive to our wishes and very honest in her appraisals of the homes that were for sale and constantly kept in mind the safety, space and pricing that were our main concerns. Above all, she communicated and connected with our adult daughter in a very personal way...... honestly, empathetically and with great compassion for her desires and wishes, as well. She treated her like family and we are forever grateful. Michelle made sure that all the documents needed were promptly delivered and she was in constant contact with us regarding the entire process. There were no delays and she was able to explain all the things in the documents that I didn't understand. She is so very personable and it was a joy to work with her. Michelle Hurckes is an outstanding Real Estate Agent! She is friendly, trustworthy, and professional in all her transactions.
