My fiance and I had so many questions throughout the process and she made herself available to answer them. Michelle got to know us and understood what we wanted in a home. In the end, she was able work some kind of magic to help us buy a home we fell in love with at a reasonable price, even in the current housing market (seller's market, low inventory)! Michelle even helped us out throughout the ENTIRE process - any questions we had about the lending process, and recommendations as we were thinking about renovations and moving. We've gotten to know her well through this process, and have invited her to our upcoming wedding. I would recommend Michelle in a heartbeat.

She was always available for open houses and even did one virtually for us since we lived out of state. She is very responsive via email and/or phone. This was important to us because we were relocating from over 2 hours away. She really made this a fun experience for us!
