Seller reviewMichelle is a wealth of knowledge, and she was always available to me for questions and/or issues. She has a professional and positive attitude and I felt like I was in excellent hands with her handling every aspect of the sale of my home. Because I live out of state from the home I was selling, I was concerned about not being available for anything that would come up with the house sale. Michelle took care of every single thing I needed, sometimes without me even asking. She was completely invested in getting the best deal for me. I would 100% recommend Michelle's services and would definitely work with her again!

Seller reviewI'm truly appreciated how professional and succinct Michelle was in our communication. We completed the transaction in a really busy season and really had no time for fluff. She's a true professional with tons of knowledgeable in the area and industry. We also completed the transaction remotely, given we were in a different state, which was great. As remote clients, she also handle all vendors/quotes/and random things that we couldn't physically accomplish given we were out of town (like checking on a dead/falling tree and confirming it was from our neighbors yard instead of ours). We're extremely grateful for Michelle!
