Michelle was amazing throughout the whole process of selling our home and searching for our new home. We have 2 small children who were "house hunting" with us and she was so great with them, even played with them so we could view houses uninterupted! There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe our experience with Michelle. She is a consummate professional with outstanding knowledge of the market. She was always available to us and answered every question and concern in a timely manner. She was always patient and unfailingly kind. Her resources are vast - when we needed professional advice from experts (in our case, a structural engineer, among others) she was able to provide excellent referrals. Michelle is just an amazing lady. She worked tirelessly for us, at times even calling at 9:30 at night if there was something we needed to know. We were traveling back and forth from northern Virginia trying to find a home in a relatively short time since our home up north went under contract within four days of listing. We were under contract twice in the Lynchburg/Forest area and both contracts fell through for various reasons. Michelle never once lost patience with us. She was so kind and was determined to find us the right home, even going so far as to show us some homes on Mother's Day since we had to be in the area for a family function. She did indeed find us a beautiful home and again worked tirelessly on our behalf to get the best deal for us. Since we were staying in temporary housing in Lynchburg by this time, she went the extra mile and worked hard to get us in to our new home within three weeks of signing the contract. She is absolutely incredible! We would highly recommend Michelle, without reservation, to anyone looking to purchase property in this area.
