I had a very unusual real estate situation and Michelle went well above and beyond with all my real estate needs. Her primary concerns were my limiting health conditions and my challenges understanding the entire process as well as how those things impacted selling my house. She always kept me informed and always helped me understand the situation in terms I could understand and how to solve the situation to move forward. Michelle properly handled my real estate needs with the utmost of care and diligence, even with all my craziness and my anger towards an industry that I have no experience with and do not understand. I'm old and cantankerous. I want things done my way! I don't know how to live in the modern world. No matter how mean and nasty I was, Michelle stayed professional and helped solved all my problems. On the rare occasion I dealt with anyone in the office, they were polite and professional. I will miss working with Michelle and her constant, infectious smile.
