Mr. Picart is a friendly, courteous & knowledgeable realtor. Always easy to reach; & when not available to pick up a call, he would always call back to attend to his clients' needs. Whenever he promises to come, he's always on time. I just feel so much comfortable with him, from day one. It's like I've known him for a very long time. He even cared so much, he sent me greeting cards for my birthday & Mother's Day. I could just go on & on on his caring attributes. When Miguel initially reached out, I wasn't looking to buy; I was casually testing the market. During this first conversation, I specifically said, "I am a difficult person to work with, and I am a hard sell." He responded softly, "You know what you want, and that's very important. There isn't anything wrong with knowing what you want." With that, I knew I had the right person in my corner. Miguel then surveyed my interests and showed me a few properties. I liked a few of them, but I still wasn't sold. We kept in touch over the next few months, exchanging text messages, phone calls, listings, and stories- as we both work in education. He was very persistent (not overbearing), in a way that showed he was on a mission to find me my next home- in a way that showed he cared. When the time came, we found the house that was going to be my home. Miguel connected me with a few mortgage brokers, and I was prequalified the very next day. Then things took a turn. I was on an emotional rollercoaster because of a few ridiculous stipulations the lender's underwriters required and having to take my student loans out of the Federal pause. I became extremely frustrated with them, to the point that I cried on my bathroom floor. Miguel and I spoke daily during the entire process, keeping me calm and intervening when I refused to deal with the broker. At one point, I wanted to walk away from the house that I was to be my next home; Miguel was there to counsel me, giving me a number of scenarios and options on how to proceed with each milestone. What I appreciated most was his attention to detail, honesty [in asking me if I was ready to take on the task of renovations after I closed on my home], and sincerity. I can't tell you how much having someone like Miguel looking out for me with the utmost respect, integrity, and care meant to me. Being that this wasn't my first time dealing with an agent or sales representative- Miguel didn't give the impression that he was just there to collect on a commission; he was there to help me build a dream.

Miguel was always available for us to tour houses. We appreciated the time and energy put into providing us and making the home buying experience a smooth one. He was able to answer all of our questions anytime. We would recommend him to our family and friends and look forward to working with Miguel again in the future.
