Miguel was excellent to work with. Purchasing from out of state is very difficult. Miguel was able to give us video tours of several properties. We had to rely on his experience, professionalism, and expertise in the area. I am very satisfied with the service I was provided.

Miguel was knowledgeable and very quick to respond to our questions. I had contacted one broker prior to Miguel and she was very pushy for us to get an approval letter before she would even work with us. Miguel on the other hand called me right after I sent him a text and we clicked automatically, working with him made this process smooth and quick. He didn't push us to make an offer on a house or to get an approval letter before he started showing us houses. Miguel truly had us in mind vs trying to make a sale and we really loved that about him. When we decide to sell and buy a new house we will be contacting Miguel again! Miguel kept in contact with us every step of the way. He even offered to pick up the escrow money and deliver it to the title company for us. It was very easy to call Miguel and ask him questions when it came to negotiations and he knew the areas very well. He gave us all the information we could ever ask for when he showed us a house. Miguel is amazing and I will recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell a home. We established a professional and friendly relationship from the first call.

Miguel Picart was extremely helpful!! He explained every single detail in easy terms and was very patient with us. We wanted to see like 15 houses and he was always having the best attitude ever! Even when we had some difficulties with our lender, he took the initiative and help us in every way he was able too. I will recommend him like 100% Aparte de que habla español. El nos ayudo a buscar nuestra casa y tuvo demasiada paciencia y todo lo explico detalladamente y en terminos sencillos. Yo quise ver como 15 casas y el siempre se mostro con una actitud super positiva.A pesar de que tuvimos algunos problemas con el banco, el tomo la iniciativa y nos ayudo en todo lo que pudo. Yo lo recomiendo 100%. Thank you so much for your help!!!! Muchas gracias por toda su ayuda We really appreciate you and like I said it.. Miguel Picart was the best realtor agent ever!!!!
