As a former engineer I ask many detailed questions, and probably some questions that most clients would never ask. Mike Bates immediately knew the answer to most of my questions, and promptly found answers to those he didn't know. The best example was my question about ambient noise in various locations from various sources around the condominuim complex. Mike got anecdotal answers from a friend of his that lived there (near two of the noise sources), and also gave me his frank opinions about the ambient noise level around some of the units I was interested in. He has also gone to the extent of publishing a YouTube video that specifically demonstrates his answer to that question. Bravo Mike!
