Personal Profile
I am a lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana born in Merrillville and raised in Crown Point. I am a second generation realtor. Growing up, my mother was a realtor and father a builder, real estate is in my blood! As a young child, I found a passion for homes while visiting home-sites with my father. There was always something about the smell of new homes that I loved. In 2009, at 18 years old, the state minimum requirement to apply for your license, I became a licensed realtor. I am now a perennial multi-million dollar producer who works relentlessly to give my clients the best service they deserve!
I have a beautiful wife, Mackenzie and three children, Layla, Lilliana & Luka. My free time is either spent with my family or rooting for my favorite Chicago sports team. If I'm not doing one of those, I enjoy reading various books on growth and success.

Buyer reviewMike Cacovski came highly referred and wow did he deliver. He made the entire experience of our first home purchase enjoyable and less stressful for my wife and I. We were nervous going into the process but he was there every step of the way and he was always available. When we wanted to see a property in person, Mike made it happen within minutes it seemed! He sent us a variety of properties to view, all within range of what we were looking for. He took our questions, comments, and concerns to heart and really did some research into presenting us with the properties he showed us. I would recommend Mike Cacovski to anyone buying a home because he was always there for us, made a nervous and exciting situation easier to navigate through, and explained every aspect of purchasing a home to us in detail. I can really tell he knows his stuff and it showed during the time we were searching for our first home. He was able to go into detail about properties and explain what was required to proceed further if I found something I was interested in. There was a time my realtor was out of the office for a while and another agent, by the name of Ms. Toni, who reached out to me to ensure I didn't need anything or have any questions about moving forward with purchasing my home. That's what you call team work and great customer service. Mike Cacovski was just a outstanding representative. There were times Mike Cacovski couldn't answer the phone right away but within minutes he would return my call and was able to answer any questions or concerns I may have had from beginning to end.
