I have been a part of the Bismarck-Mandan community my whole life. I've been fortunate to be involved in many events throughout the community that have allowed me to meet a lot of great people and establish long lasting relationships . Buyer reviewWe originally were just looking at houses after we had a fire, but the process was so quick and painless that we found a house and are now moved in already. Mike went the extra mile and found the listing that lead to our purchase and he even loaned us a covered trailer to move in. I highly recommend Mike! The inspector Mike suggested was efficient, through, and highly recommend. He sent all documents via email, so it was easy. He was there at signing with our retainer check and an awesome swag bag. Excellent service! He wasn't pushy. He was helpful. I would and will recommend him to others. I've heard buying a house is painful, paperwork wise, but I didn't feel that way at all. He even gave us a gift card when we closed, which came in handy to buy dinner when we had no plates, silverware or food at the new house!
