Buyer reviewMike Leible was the agent for the sellers of the home I recently purchased. As a first time home buyer I had no clue where to start. I had my loan in place but was limited on time. Mike walked me through the process and made me a new home owner! Mike was always polite, professional, and most of all very kind and considerate. He was in constant contact with me and my lender; sometimes just a "Good morning Jean, just checking in to see if anything is new". I don't think I could have done this without his help. He knew I wanted/needed this home and he went above and beyond to help me get it! I will highly recommend Mike Leible to anyone I know who is looking to buy/sell a home in the future. I am so grateful for all his help and for his making me feel like I was just as important as the sellers of the home. I give him 10 stars on the entire process start to finish!

Mike was very up front and let me know all of the right ways to do things the very first time we looked at a home so that I would be prepared. Every time we talked he was keeping me up to date and making sure i had everything in line to buy the perfect home, then he found me the perfect home. He found a wonderful home for my son and I and guided me through making an offer and through the entire purchase! I couldnt have asked for a better experience buying my first home.
