Seller reviewThis is the third time we have worked with Mike, twice as a seller (meaning we had a choice those two times). That in itself pretty much tells you what you need to know. If I had 100 houses to sell, I'd sell with Mike until he got tired of us. For this particular sale, Mike made sure that we priced the house at the appropriate point and made the sale with very little effort from our end.

Seller reviewMike is very professional with a great work ethic. He takes the time to come up with a proper game plan and then follows it. He kept me in the loop at every turn in the road and answered emails and texts immediately. He phoned to give updates on the progress and details of the sale. I intend to do more business with him and if I could award 5 stars, I would give him 10. I had moved out of the area a few years ago so this was done long distance and I couldn't be more pleased with how he conducted himself in contacting me and the professional level he maintained is just at great now as it was before I moved. And yes, I called him to see if he even wanted to take this transaction to task and he was more than willing. Everything could not have worked out better.

Buyer reviewMike Leible is a really good realtor. Because of him me and my sister got to move back home to Sikeston .We had to sell our house first before we could buy a home at Sikeston. It took us 9 months to sell our home. We lived south of St louis .We are older and didn't know anything about selling and buying a home but we wanted to move back home. We went through a lot with lost contracts and all. Mike would give us advice of what to do and what not to do and it gave us the confidents to go through this. Mike found us the perfect home for me and my sister. He hung in their with us the whole time. He never gave up. The process of buying our home was so easy at Sikeston. I'm so glad the we hired Mike Leible because if we hadn't we wouldn't have got to go home.
