Seller reviewMike was very quick to respond on all aspects of the process. If he says he'll call you later today, you can expect a call. He's very good at explaining the next step and what to expect. This would be important for first time buyers, which we were not, but appreciated just the same. Mike will call and/or text with updates so you don't have to track him down. Mike was at the closing and we think he did a great job in accomplishing what was important to us. We would recommend Mike as a selling agent but we cannot speak as buyers since we are leaving the area. Thanks Mike Leible!

He had the facts on the comps in our area and answered all our questions regarding listing price, inspections and the potential buyer's mortgage choice, which was very beneficial. Seller reviewI listed this house with other broker for one year. He couldn't sell it. Then I called Century 21. Mike Leible listed the house promptly and put in the market. Unlike other broker, he told me the market value of the house which was lower than what I was expecting. He put me wise instead of please me.That was right thing to do. In short Mike is the Broker who knows the local market and how to sell his product. Simply the best. I have great confidence in Mike Leible.
