WE made contact with Mike from Arizona about a property he had listed in Missouri. We had lots of questions and requests for him and he went above and beyond to get us the answers. After a couple of weeks of emails and phone call we decided to fly to Missouri to see the property in person as it looked to be exactly what we wanted. As we were only going to fly in for a day, Mike arranged his schedule to meet us as the property and show us around. As we progressed it became apparent that he was our go to guy for this transaction. We went to his office that evening and wrote up the offer that was accepted immediately. We are so grateful to Mike for all his help. We closed yesterday and since we are out of state he again went above and beyond to help us get the utilities switched and several other items that he didn't have to do. This was my first time purchasing a home, and no one in my family had ever actually went through this process, they bought directly from the home owner. With that being said I had no idea what to expect. Mike Leible was phenomenal with walking me and my girlfriend through all the steps and making sure we knew everything that was going on throughout the whole process. Mike Leible sold a home in Sikeston owned by my mother who had passed away. Interviewed three agents from three brokerages to determine sales performance history, familiarity with local market, number of current listings, marketing strategy and assessment of our house's pros and cons. This house was our twelfth purchase or sale and thus, our learning curve was pretty steep on what constitutes an effective agent. Mike was objective and realistic in a sales forecast for our property. We were objective and realistic in expectations for the sale conduct....thus, a good match for sellers and agent. Bottom line, house sold in approximately 90 days at list price. Conducted business exactly as he promised and portrayed himself. Once again, his job was to advise and then execute on a sales plan appropriate to our property and within the existing market conditions. He did so effectively.
