Buyer reviewMike was very helpful in all aspects of the purchase of our property. We were moving from out of state and he was more than helpful with any and every question we had regarding the area. From the major questions about the land and pricing in the area to even where to shop for food and the best restaurants! Mike and Laura even found us a wonderful hotel to stay in when we came up from Florida for the closing. We had to bring our dog up with us and Laura called the hotel to confirm that they were pet friendly. Can't get better service anywhere! My husband and I have nothing but the best to say about Mike. Any question we had only had to be asked once and Mike found the answer for us. We felt extremely comfortable in his ability to help us find the perfect property for our needs. His attention to detail was excellent! We have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Mike and the staff at Century 21. He helped in so may ways to make us feel that our move to Tennessee was the right choice. Mike didn't make a lot of money on our purchase, but he sure made two (2) friends that will be proud to send anyone we know his way.

He took us through the house more than a few times, and always answered my phone calls whenever I called. He also guided us through the paper work which was a big help. We couldn't have had a better agent

Buyer reviewMy husband & I started planning & looking for a "retirement" home about 2 years ago. I saw a listing that peaked my interest listed by Mike McNeese and sent an email inquiry. I received a prompt reply, also received a call from Laura McNeese to see if they could help us in our home search. I explained that we were "looking" as my husband was active duty and we were not ready to move but in planning stages. During my search I called Mike & Laura many times with "I think I found the one, can you send me detailed info and can you show it to me?" Mike & Laura never lost patience with us, always took time to answer questions and show us properties. Mike & Laura were there from start to finish. Being a military family we have moved several times using different realtors all over the states. I can honestly say that this has been by far the best experience we have ever had! Thanks Mike & Laura McNeese I can't wait to live on our little farm!

He also went to the seller to fix some issues that showed up in the house inspection. I am very impressed with them and appreciate their expertise and hard work .
