Buyer reviewMike Slezak was the seller's agent on the home we bought. We asked him to do dual agency and represent us as buyers as well. He did so, with great expertise and impartiality. Mike was truly excellent in every applicable category. Furthermore, by being very informed and astute, Mike averted a potential disaster by forewarning us to potential escrow scams involving out-of-state purchases (which our purchase was). Sure enough, an attempt was made prior to closing, to get us to defer all our closing funds. Had we done so, we apparently would have lost all of it. Mike's knowledge and forewarning about this when we first signed the contract proved absolutely invaluable and saved us from a disastrous situation. We will always be extremely grateful to Mike for that! Mike Slezak was outstanding in every single aspect of the purchase. He handled everything smoothly and perfectly. It was the best and smoothest real estate transaction we've ever experienced (as either a buyer or a seller).
