Buyer reviewOverall, great job. I would certainly recommend Century 21 and specifically Millie Riddle as either a buyer or seller agent -- or both. Millie Riddle made us feel like we were her most important customers, yet we expect that is how she works with all of her clients. Her products, services and information were timely, accurate and relevant. She went above and beyond in many instances to keep us on track during the process and helped temper what can often be a stressful period. Millie provided her knowledge of local and adjacent markets, and demonstrated a solid understanding of the complexities of the real estate business. Her caring, considerate, personable nature and other soft skills and personality truly made our real estate transactions pleasurable!

We even upped the closing date and that went smoothly as well. This was a great first home sale for me. She made it an exciting adventure.

Millie was always in touch and never left any question unanswered. She made the whole process very easy with as little stress as possible. She went to bat for us at every step of the process. She was great. Millie is a great agent. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a house. Melody also helped us through the process. She was great too. This is our first house. She made all aspects of the process very easy for us. I really like here low pressure approach. She does not try to be pushy and force anything on her clients. We were both very pleased with Millie and her staff.
