She sold our small, single-family house for a price well above our goal. Once our house was sold, Mindy went straight to work to find us our dream home. Mindy really proved her skill as a top real estate agent when she managed to secure our dream home in this competitive housing market using our less desirable contingent offer. Mindy then went on to get us a generous credit toward our purchase from the seller AND their agent. I truly don't believe we could have achieved so much if it wasn't for Mindy's skill and hard work. We did not know what to expect during the home buying process and she guided us along the entire process and made it painless. Both of us are in the healthcare field and work late night hours/non-traditional schedules and Mindy was always available to talk with us on the phone or text us for any questions or concerns we had (which were a lot since we were first time buyers). We were so lucky to have Mindy on our side to vouch for us as buyers. She made us feel like family and had our best intentions in mind. She listened to what we wanted and never pressured us into doing something we weren't comfortable with.
