Buyer reviewMindy Folkl did a great job all around. She understood our goals from the beginning and didn't stop until every goal was achieved. She sold our small, single-family house for a price well above our goal. Once our house was sold, Mindy went straight to work to find us our dream home. Mindy really proved her skill as a top real estate agent when she managed to secure our dream home in this competitive housing market using our less desirable contingent offer. Mindy then went on to get us a generous credit toward our purchase from the seller AND their agent. I truly don't believe we could have achieved so much if it wasn't for Mindy's skill and hard work. Thank you Mindy!

Buyer reviewMy fiancé and I are first time homebuyers in a seller's market thanks to Mindy Folkl and her hard-work and determination. We did not know what to expect during the home buying process and she guided us along the entire process and made it painless. Both of us are in the healthcare field and work late night hours/non-traditional schedules and Mindy was always available to talk with us on the phone or text us for any questions or concerns we had (which were a lot since we were first time buyers). We were so lucky to have Mindy on our side to vouch for us as buyers. She made us feel like family and had our best intentions in mind. She listened to what we wanted and never pressured us into doing something we weren't comfortable with. She was knowledgeable and knew how to make our offer look very appealing which got our offer accepted. We got our dream home thanks to her! If we had to do this process again We would 100% only do it with Mindy Folkl. We wouldn't trust anyone else but her. Buyer reviewAs a first time home buyer, Mindy walked me through every step of the process from browsing through the escrow process. She made the process a lot smoother and felt very confident throughout the process with her help. She also recommended doing a letter to the seller, which ultimately got me the home. I was very indecisive in my preferences from parking to location to square footage and she helped me navigate through that to make me a decision by presenting different options to focus in on what really was important to me. The home I ended up purchasing was everything and more on my dream list and I am beyond grateful for Mindy for helping me get that. Mindy is aggressive, friendly, and very detail oriented. She had a great relationship with the sellers and this helped bridge communication between us and the sellers. It made the whole process much easier and enjoyable. Even on vacation, she was very responsive. There were aspects of the inspection and paperwork that we had missed that she ended up catching so it was greatly appreciated to have someone that put such an effort into their work.
