Seller reviewWhen we first decided to sell a managed investment property in TX, we had to use an agent associated with the Judge Fite Company, but we feel lucky that we met Miogene...she has sold four of our homes there, and is the best broker we have worked with in three different states. As out-of-state owners, we really appreciated the constant contact that Miogene maintained throughout the entire listing and sale process. She is definitely NOT one of those all-too typical agents who take a listing and then ignore the owners merely to collect a commission at closing - far from it!! Instead, she is unbelievably knowledgeable and thorough, and diligently coordinates all the factions involved in the transaction, whether it's between the sellers, buyers, their agents, inspectors, repairmen, title officers, or property manager. Miogene is a consummate professional who delivers excellent results in record time.
