She was very responsive and prompt with information and showings. The home we chose was a "for sale by owner", this required her to reach out and work with someone who didn't intend to work with a realtor. She was adept at making this coordination happen. At the end of the day she worked to find us the home that we wanted and making the sale was secondary to our mission. i will recommend Miogene in the future to friends as an excellent professional. i also intend to use her to sell a home in the near future and i look forward to working with her. Seller reviewI called Miogene and let her know that I was ready and needed to sell my rental home. I also told her that I need to sell ASAP. She made appointment for the very next day to come and evaluate the home. She arrive 15 minutes earlyAs she did with every appointment I had with her throughout the listing and Sale process. The day after I met with her at her office And she had everything ready to go. She had done a market survey of the area in comparable homes and had A Sale price recommendation as well a marketing strategy. She also recommended a seller's warranty which I agreed to And It turned out I needed this seller's warranty and used it for the HVAC saving time and Money. Within a few days She had its prospective buyer And the house when under contract. She made the sale of This home so easyAnd so fast. I would recommend Miogene to anyone Selling and/or buying. She is so knowledgeable and Professional and has a network of professionals to take care of every need from Repairs needed, Financing and title company. She goes above and beyond in EVERY ASPECT.
