She also stayed in regular contact, and communicates so well (she's very easy to talk to)! You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and she made everything easy for us from start to finish. Additionally, she was amazing in negotiating the best price for our new home, and went above and beyond during the contract process. You know from the start that she cares about finding the best home for you! We would definitely recommend her to our family and friends!

Buyer reviewWe have worked with Miogene on three purchases on houses and one sell. She takes the time to listen to her customers needs and then work her tail off to assist them. Having known her for the past 7 seven years and having lived in the same area for the past 15 years we would not consider any other realtor in the Corinth/Denton area. She is a pros pro! You can drive around the Denton County and she can point out 95% of every home and tell you who the build was. Miogene is the Tom Brady of realtors in this area, the BEST. No one works harder or put in more hours than Miogene, and that's why she is at the top of her industry.
