Misty is a great person and realtor. We would definitely work with her again. Our closing was a nightmare, but had nothing to do with Misty. It was because of the buyer's buyers lender and Misty worked diligently to complete the closing process. Misty was a great realtor to work with! She went above and beyond for us.

Misty is very knowledgeable about the local realty market in Idaho Falls and the entire process involved...I felt very comfortable with her handling my realty transaction. Misty is very professional. Communication with her in person or from a long distance was excellent as she kept me informed of everything happening with the property I chose to purchase...from the initial home viewing, the home inspection/appraisal, working with the mortgage/title company and others throughout the entire purchase process.
