Misty was wonderful! We had a unique situation where we moving from out of state for work and on a limited time frame/budget. She explored every option, communicated almost daily, was always available when I reached out, and was very upfront about what we could expect. She answered every question I had from the smallest to the biggest, was willing to work with friends we had in the area also so we didn't have to keep making trips out here. Her attention to the details of the final deal were excellent and she kept us informed through all the steps of closing. Her knowledge/referrals of local businesses/services has been great and very on point. Even after the close on our property she has been available if I've had any questions or concerns. I've already recommended her to some family and friends thinking about moving this way!
