I have been married over 35 years and have two great kids. I am a member of the National Assoc. of REALTORS, Texas Assoc. of REALTORS, the Longview Board of REALTORS and the Tyler MLS. Seller reviewThe property was a divorce settlement. The ex spouse repeatedly thwarted the entire sale, showing, and defaulted on the contract. Agent Misty Culp went above and beyond the standard procedure to settle this matter. She is to be highly recommended for her professional, non bias manner in which she was able to conclude this "messy" business without unnecessary lawyer and court cost to either party. Her knowledge and patience dealing with this sale is to be highly commended.. Misty was given a difficult situation to sell. I believe she put her heart and expertise into resolving the sale of my property. She was available after hours if I had a question and made allowance for my hearing impairment. I give her performance a 100 star rating!! If Misty was unavailable the staff at Century 21 was very courteous and helpful. I always felt they professional and knowledgeable. Again, considering the circumstances involved with the sale of my property, I couldn't have had a better agent or company to represent me with the sale and closure of this matter..
