I have been married over 35 years and have two great kids. I am a member of the National Assoc. of REALTORS, Texas Assoc. of REALTORS, the Longview Board of REALTORS and the Tyler MLS. Buyer reviewMisty won me almost immediately with her warmth and friendliness. She gives the sense that prompted me to feel as if I had known her for a long time. An immediate friendship was born. Misty was upfront about the home I was looking at, its beauty as well as it's fixable flaws. She shared comps in the area with me. I was quite enamored with the property the moment I walked in, it met all my needs and more. As our friendship has grown, I have chosen her to be my agent for selling my home. I was told by someone who knew her well that she was a worker, and if she told you she would sell your property, then she would deliver. She would work diligently to bring potential clients who would appreciate my home. This she began to show the property within the week after our contract was signed. My house immediately went under contract, and I now await the closing within the next few weeks. Seller reviewCommission is what often drives broker efforts. This property didn't offer much incentive in that respect but Misty stayed after this property and made her efforts reflective of her professionalism and integrity. Nice traits to have in a fiduciary relationship.
