I have been married over 35 years and have two great kids. I am a member of the National Assoc. of REALTORS, Texas Assoc. of REALTORS, the Longview Board of REALTORS and the Tyler MLS. Seller reviewMisty came highly recommended from a friend in Nacogdoches. She had a meeting with another friend here in Mt.Enterprise for handling the sell of her property. I happened to be at the friends house the day Misty was down getting all of her information. I talked briefly with Misty, she gave me her card and contacted me with a couple of days. Misty explained everything about the selling of our property, how to determine the value based on other sells in the area, all of the commissions and other fees. Wouldn't not have traded anyone else handling our property sell for anything. Our little track of land had previously been listed with a realtor in Nacogdoches, for sever years. They never put the effort into trying to sell our land like Misty. I had also contacted a realtor in Henderson a couple of weeks before talking to Misty.....I'm still waiting on her to call me back! We were blessed to have Misty as a realtor and feel Century 21 is blessed to have Misty as their employee. I will recommend Misty to anyone that is wanting to sell property or home. Above and beyond what we expected! 100 % satisfied. Did not deal with anyone else, except receptionist. Always friendly!
