I have been married over 35 years and have two great kids. I am a member of the National Assoc. of REALTORS, Texas Assoc. of REALTORS, the Longview Board of REALTORS and the Tyler MLS. Misty was able to meet with me on short notice, explain all aspects of the real estate listings and ensured the listings were good to go before I left the area. Misty stayed in constant communication, went out of her way to explain and answer my many questions and moved the property from a listing to a sale quicker than I could have ever imagined. Seller reviewWe saw Misty's name on many For Sale signs while we were briefly visiting Henderson. Clearly others trusted her as their real estate agent and she knew the area well. That definitely turned out to be the case. Misty was highly professional and very quick to respond to all queries, which made it easy to work with her from a distance. I was not in Henderson but in another state while the sale was going forward, so knew little about many details and relied completely on Misty for information and perspective. We were especially grateful for Misty's suggestion of Debbie Amburn to conduct the estate sale. The house, it must be said, had not been kept in good condition, but thanks to Debbie's and Misty's efforts, it looked as good as it could by sales time. Misty personally was excellent and got us to the place we needed to get (selling an estate property that needed to be sold this summer). She had no control over the poor condition in which the house had fallen, and made the most of the situation for us. I'm truly grateful to her and would recommend her to others.
