He paid attention to what I said I wanted, and got right to showing me houses that fit my specifications. He told me about the areas we were in and answer my questions. He went above and beyond the regular duties of an agent and made sure I was satisfied and offer us help on anything else that we needed. He lined up all the people needed to take care of fixing things. Gave us a list of things we should take care of when we moved in, like Gas &Electric, trash, etc. Also made sure house was ready for us . Made me feel at ease and I couldn't ask for a nicer person, and will recommend him to anyone looking for a house. Everything went smoothing, Mitch took care of a few problems we had and they were solved right away. Were pleased with the whole process. And what is more important he still helps us out when we have questions now and then even after we been in the house for awhile.
