I had spoken with her once before several years earlier when we were looking at a listing as a buyer. She was very personable at the time, despite not being our broker. That was also a factor in calling her to list our house. Mitzi's expertise was invaluable, particularly in navigating some unexpected challenges that arose after the listing went live. She was always available and responsive. I most appreciated her experience and ability to explain everything we needed to know very thoroughly. It seemed there wasn't any situation she hadn't encountered before in some shape or form. She is hands down the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with. If we buy or sell a house again, she's our agent!
