I was born and raised in Northern Virginia with my parents and eight siblings, and I still reside in the area with my husband and four daughters. My extended family has deeps roots in the miltary and I have a great love for my country. My father is a retired Lieutenant Colonel the United States Army, my grandfather was a Major General and his brother served as the U.S. Army Chief of Staff. I enjoy living in Northern Virginia and have strong ties in my community, schools and church. My former career as a litigation attorney allows me to provide my clients with an additional edge in the moving process. My attention to detail, commitment to excellent service, strong negotation skills and experience in contract law are critical to providing my clients a strong sense of comfort and security throughout the process. I truly enjoy what I do and work very hard for my clients.

Seller reviewI had a few realtors familiar with my neighborhood lined up to interview but when Molly Craig came in, she was straight to the point, suggested a great listing price (later reduced due to market conditions) and I liked her immediately. It's important to me to like someone I have to work with. Molly was tuned into the current market conditions and reduced our potential list price accordingly. She brought in a professional photographer at her expense and, as soon as those pictures were uploaded, we had a sight-unseen offer on the house for well above list price. We never even had to put the house on the market or show it. Even my very critical daughter said she could not have written a better evalution of the house than Molly did, which is probably what sold it. She presented both sides of taking a sight-unseen offer fairly and didn't push us one way or the other. She's very professional and I appreciate everything she did for us.
