I was born and raised in Northern Virginia with my parents and eight siblings, and I still reside in the area with my husband and four daughters. My extended family has deeps roots in the miltary and I have a great love for my country. My father is a retired Lieutenant Colonel the United States Army, my grandfather was a Major General and his brother served as the U.S. Army Chief of Staff. I enjoy living in Northern Virginia and have strong ties in my community, schools and church. My former career as a litigation attorney allows me to provide my clients with an additional edge in the moving process. My attention to detail, commitment to excellent service, strong negotation skills and experience in contract law are critical to providing my clients a strong sense of comfort and security throughout the process. I truly enjoy what I do and work very hard for my clients.

Seller reviewMolly made selling our home as stress-free and as lucrative as possible. She thoroughly understands the local market and what attracts buyers. She not only provided guidance on what (minimal) home improvements would help our home sell but also recommended and helped manage a team of contractors to implement the improvements. She expertly articulated and executed a plan for pricing, listing, and showing the home that ultimately got us top dollar. As we considered multiple offers, Molly walked us through the pros and cons and guided us through the negotiation process. Finally, in the weeks prior to closing she maintained constant communication to ensure the final steps were addressed such as meeting HOA requirements, appraisals etc. We had high expectations going into the sales process. Molly exceeded them all!
