A friend had actually referred us to an agent they used who had previously been at Century 21 New Millennium. Since he wasn't really showing houses as much anymore and the agency had come highly recommended, my husband decided to reach out to other agents there to request an evaluation of our condo for what would be needed to prepare it for sale. Molly was the one who answered his inquiry. From our meetings with her to discuss our condo, we really liked her demeanor, thought she was very knowledgeable, and loved that she only recommended renovations that would add significantly to the resale value of the property. For anything else that wouldn't provide that value, she recommended factoring that into our sales price so that we wouldn't have to spend any more of our own money than we had to. She even referred us to a general contractor that she uses who was able to do all the work needed at an extremely reasonable price. And all of this was before we committed to using her as our agent. All through the process of selling my condo and buying our new home, Molly was an invaluable resource and diligent advocate for us. She was extremely helpful in resolving in my favor a dispute with my condo association over structural violations that the previous owner had installed and had come up in the resale inspection. She made what is usually a stressful and painful process a lot easier. Her recommended strategies for how to find our new home in an extremely competitive real estate market and for how to prepare and price our condo for sale without breaking the bank really alleviated a lot of concerns we had going into and through this process. We would totally work with her again and recommend her to others in the market.
