I was born and raised in Northern Virginia with my parents and eight siblings, and I still reside in the area with my husband and four daughters. My extended family has deeps roots in the miltary and I have a great love for my country. My father is a retired Lieutenant Colonel the United States Army, my grandfather was a Major General and his brother served as the U.S. Army Chief of Staff. I enjoy living in Northern Virginia and have strong ties in my community, schools and church. My former career as a litigation attorney allows me to provide my clients with an additional edge in the moving process. My attention to detail, commitment to excellent service, strong negotation skills and experience in contract law are critical to providing my clients a strong sense of comfort and security throughout the process. I truly enjoy what I do and work very hard for my clients.

I asked a LOT of questions and not only did she take each one in stride, but she also took a significant amount of time to explain the answers to each of my questions. She was easy to contact, extremely flexible in terms of scheduling, and so sensitive to my concerns and questions. Molly took the time to learn what was important to me, even when I wasn't so sure of what I wanted myself. I was a tough client to please but she didn't give up and continued to show me houses that looked closer and closer to my vision until we found the one. She was almost a mind reader! When it came time to write a contract, Molly went to bat for me over and over again. I was so impressed by her negotiation skills and how hard she worked to get me what I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. Molly was extremely professional throughout the whole process and I completely trusted her with my hard earned money.
