Buyer reviewHaving lived in a property for 15 years, and needing to upgrade was not an easy decision to make. We had contacted Monica and her team a couple of times and we didn't follow through, because we felt that perhaps making a huge decision to sell and buy, in contingency was going to be a challenge on its own, until we met Monica. She gave us the reassurance and the peace of mind that it was possible. SHE was patient with us! As a family of 6, it's not easy to make big changes such as the ones we made. Thanks to Monica and her extraordinary team, it all came together. Our late calls and text messages with "just in case" questions never went unanswered. At the end of the day, we were blessed with more than we could ask for!
