Buyer reviewI can't express how grateful we are for all of the hard work and dedication Monica put in to finding us a perfect home to fit our needs. We ended up moving down here instead of purchasing as a rental and she worked diligently to find us exactly what we wanted. Gently steering us away from homes she didn't think we would end up being happy with. She calmed us down when we started worrying we wouldn't find anything we could afford in this market before we needed to get out of our current rental. The only way for that to be possible is because she really gets to know you. She is great at communicating and really puts a great deal of effort into the details, even those outside the actual sale. I would sum it up to say, Monica is like getting all 10's at the Olympics! As long as Monica is in the business she is the agent I would use and recommend!
