She has a solution to every problem, and is very knowledgable about our island and the waterways so she could answer buyer questions with ease and honesty. She does not promise what she cannot deliver and has so much integrity--both for her client and the buyer. Our only mistake was not hiring her first! We sat on the market for almost a year with no sale. Best decision we ever made was hiring Monica.
