The relationships that I have developed since 2005 have been rewarding not just for me but for my community as well. My passion for real estate developed once I moved to The Foothills in Loma Rica in 2000.
Born and raised in Long Beach, I found my new calling in Marin County after completing my AA in Fashion Merchandising. Working in San Francisco was a fabulous experience, but venturing even further north into Yuba and Nevada Counties was perfect for developing my passion for sustainable living, olive oil, and real estate. With my husband, we own an award-winning olive oil company, Calolea Olive Oil, which provides agricultural tours and private events, much to the support and praise of our local community. Purchasing this existing olive orchard in Loma Rica, witnessing the beautiful country settings, and the unique architectural styles of homes and ranches inspired me to dive further into the industry of real estate. As a partner in a clothing wholesale company and with a lifelong background in sales, I knew this fusion of interests would be the perfect fit.
I work with all types of properties from country to city with a specialization in Foothill properties, which has more components compared to town or city lots. Personally, I have built and developed property from the ground up and can help my buyers and sellers with my knowledge and experience. I know I can help you achieve your real estate goals. Buyer reviewI first met Monica by phone about a year ago when looking at property in the area. She then helped my Daughter and Son in law find a perfect home/acreage at the perfect price for them. I started my search again for property in the area about a month ago. After discussion and meeting, she lead me to the perfect property. Her assistance in negotiating a fair price and obtaining all necessary disclosure information was crucial for a short escrow. Her knowledge of the area helped tremendously. Seller reviewI have worked with Monica Keller several times in the past and her experience and professionalism is always excellent, she is also a very nice person. This sale was a little different as I was approached from a cash buyer to buy my home "AS IS" along with the problematic tenants that lived in my home. I did not trust the buyer/ close out company too much, so I knew Monica Keller would make sure this sale was legitimate and represent me legally. Everything went well and there were a couple hiccups with title and tenants, but we were able to close within 30 days and once again I am very happy with Monica Keller's performance as a top Realtor.
