Monica Sempervive is the most phenomenal realtor I have ever met. She is an extremely knowledgeable, dedicated and professional realtor. Monica has a wonderful personality and is very caring with a huge heart. Every aspect of a complicated transaction was handled quickly, professionally and competently. If it wasn't for Monica, I would never have got this house. She went above and beyond to find me a home for my daughter and I. I am very appreciative and so grateful for what she has done. I would refer her to anyone because she is very thorough and her work ethics are amazing. I will never forget what she has done for me. I just cannot recommend Monica highly enough.
