When I spent nearly a year with an agent closer to the area where I lived, with no results...I reconnected with Monica. Our property was a seasonal property which meant we weren't always there. More than once Monica stopped to check on our property and would let us know that everything looked good. We never had to wonder what was going on because Monica always updated us on any progress and always made us feel at ease that she would be successful in selling our property.
