Buyer reviewMonica was there for me from the beginning. She explained everything in simple terms so I could understand. If I had a question, she was happy to give me an answer or if she didn't know she would find the answer. Monica was always polite and respectful. If I wanted to talk to my family privately she would "disappear". She made sure she pointed out something if it was broke or not looking in good shape. Sometimes I think she was happier for me than I was for myself. As far as I'm concerned, she's tops!!!!!

She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional, but what is so very special about her, is her ability to utilize all of the above with tremendous people skills and then kick in some strong assertiveness when needed. And plssss believe me, the process of purchasing your home comes with a lot of moving parts that really require a skilled and experienced agent who will keep things moving, so that you will be able to meet that ever important closing date and begin to enjoy your new home. In a nutshell, let me reiterate one more time. She was and is just fantastic!!! I have dedicated my entire life to working with and helping people, as I am an honorably retired State Trooper and a registered nurse. Everything in my review of Monica is 100% true. I found Monica just by luck, but hopefully now I have helped a few more people with this review, enabling them to work with and agent, whether buy or selling who will ensure they have lasting memories of a very positive experience. Seller reviewMonica done a great job promoting our property. She took great pictures. Monica wrote a good profile of the property. Monica was our second realtor we had, I wish we went with her first. I can't say enough about Century 21. We bought a home in Florida with Century 21. The realtor suggested Century 21 and that is how met Monica.

Seller reviewI called Century 21 to sell some land that my family owns. Monica was pleasant, cheerful & knowledgable. She quickly provided me with comps and her opinion of the value of our land, and and we settled on a listing price. My family & I were pleasantly surprised when we had 2 full price offers within days of listing the property. After accepting the offer, she successfully guided us all the way to the finish line( and we were out of state so she coordinated the whole sale without us having to be present at the settlement table). I highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell to contact Monica!

Buyer reviewMonica was phenomenal during the entire process. We requested information on a tiny house. She promptly responded and sent us several other houses in our price range that she felt we might like. We looked at a handful of houses before we made our decision. She stayed on top of everything to make sure that closing went through. We had some hiccups with our mortgage company but the experience, support and knowledge Monica brought to home buying was immensely helpful. We are also moving to a new area and she has provided us with tons of resources and supports for when we fully relocate. I would recommend her without any reservations, truly a wonderful woman and working with her was a pleasure.
