Monique was such a pleasure to work with. She was very clear about the steps along the way and informing me about what would need to be done. There were a couple times that she wouldn't take no for an answer from the buyers to ensure I was getting all that I needed from the sale of the house as well. She truly had my best interest in mind. She went over and above on helping me sell my home when I was out of the area. She was very good about bringing solutions to the table and not problems. Throughout my whole process, Monique took so much stress off my shoulders that I was able to rest freely and know I was in great hands getting the best deal out there.

Monique knows the market, knows the areas of town to which we should focus, knows the current sales climate and has experience in all types of property sales. Monique also deals with her clients in an ethical, moral manner, which I can't say for others within the transaction. She also uses current technology to its potential, such as electronic docs and updated information via smart phone. Monique was always available day or night to answer questions via text or e-mail, and kept in constant communication throughout the process. She was a tremendous blessing. Thanks Monique!

Monique is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She knows every detail of this business. She was never pushy, she wanted to make sure the house we picked was right for us. She gave excellent advice on everything. She has great positive energy which is something very important when trying to find a home in the Bay Area as it's very competitive. I always felt comfortable with her. I made a total of three offers with her one we were second place and this one accepted. The one where I was in second place she made sure I was the back up for it and kept following up. Where most agents would have gave up she kept pushing. She was always on time and responded back to my every phone call, text and email immediately. She's also very understanding of cultural differences. There were moments where I would get frustrated or overwhelmed with the experience and she was always there to listen to guide me through and calm me down.
