Monita Collins was the best choice I could have ever made in purchasing property in HSV. Her line of communication was impeccable as it kept us updated frequently during the bidding and closing processes. She is a 5 star agent and will continue to recommend her to friends and other interested parties for HSV property!. We are very grateful for Monita's enthusiasm and professionalism to help us every step of the way. Our property was in need of a new roof and repairs at time of purchase. Monita was instrumental in coordinating with the sellers agent to ensure this was addressed in closing and assisted in offering local home repair contractor contacts. Simply the best!!!
